TYM Design is seeking talented and motivated graphic designers whom possess the highest creative design standards with varied design experience.

A Designer at TYM Design should:

• Apply their stunning PhotoShop and illustration skills to create beautiful and clear design concepts that successfully convey complex ideas in a succinct and organized fashion

• Passionate about effective business communications, and care about clarity and accuracy of information. Must work efficiently and be detail oriented

• Read and comprehend the clients’ benefits and information hierarchy so that it is graphically accurate

• Applicants with design skills for thumbnails, storyboarding, information hierarchy, as well as an understanding of commercial branding and identity are preferred

• A strong portfolio is a must. We hire with a greater emphasis on the quality of your portfolio than your experience, so please show us your best work

• The Designer should be a diligent employee and willing to make a long-term commitment

• Possess a high degree of competence with computer skills

• Have a thorough understanding of the entire design process and be a team player

• Have the ability to understand art direction and have the skills, creative insight to execute against the given direction with minimal assistance

• A designer should provide a variety of viable concepts for each assigned project with maximum efficiency

• Should have a good mastery of photographic direction, preproduction and production skills

• Ability to thrive in a small, enthusiastic and dynamic team environment, along with a desire to make a personal impact on the company

Minimum Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Graphic Arts or related field
• Experience: 3+ years design experience
